Payment Policy: Payments are due in full when registering for a session, tournament or league. HEH accepts checks, Visa, Mastercard or cash.
Family Discounts: A $25 discount applies to the second child's tuition and any additional children.
Returned Checks: A $25 fee will be charge for any check returned due to insufficient funds.
Refunds: Will be issued in the form of credit towards another session IF you cannot make a tournament and let us know with one week of the first game. No credit will be issued if you do not show up/do not let us know one week in advance. Refunds will not be issued if you register with any HEH/NE Nordiques team and then decide to play for another team in that same tournament.
Registration/Waiver: All participants must have a current registration form and waiver signed. Skaters will not be allowed on the ice without current documents.
Photo/Video: At times HEH may be taking pictures/videos for our website and other publications. If you do not want your son to be used in our promotional ads please let us know ahead of time.
Paperwork: All waivers and HEH paperwork must be completed and sent in with your payment. If we receive your payment without this paperwork, we cannot guarantee you a spot. In the event your spot is lost due to not having paperwork you will receive a credit for the amount you paid.
