High End Hockey is excited to announce their Mentor Program starting in the fall of 2012. The Mentor Program will tailor to players ages 12-15 years old who need more individual attention that their coaches are sometimes unable to offer. This program offers the following to players and families:
- Initial Meeting with player and family
- Planning/Goal Setting for the season
- Resume Production
- Game Analysis 1
- Mid Season Meeting
- Game Analysis 2
- Goals Review
- Game Analysis 3
- Post Season Meeting
- Resume Update
- Summer Planning
We see this program as an avenue for players to receive proper educational tools throughout their season. We help set realistic short and long term goals for the player to maximize their potential. Through our game analysis meetings we will be able to provide players with feedback on their play and constructive criticism on what they need to work on. With our summer planning meeting we will go through viable tournament and skills clinic options for our players. We will also be able to guide players in the right direction when it comes time to choose their strengh and conditioning coach, as well as nutritionists.
